Have you used M Share yet?

M share is part of Mashables new social media stream M follow. M share allows you to share the stories that interest you the most, whilst ignoring the ones that don’t; across several different platforms at one time, with one button.

The new social platform is all part of Mashable’s shift from the old editor selected news process to a much more user-friendly news site that allows readers to engage with each other, whilst becoming a more dominate part of the news process.

Announced back in February this year, M follow has proved its point significantly that it really is all about Engagement. With over 3,400,000+ followers getting involved across the various social platforms, over 40,000 retweets and posts shared on Twitter and Facebook every day Mashable have proved they are right on trend when it comes to the fast evolving world of Social Media.

The statistics are staggering, and as 2012 fast approaches I believe we will be seeing much more of this social integration. Since the release of M follow, earlier this year, we’ve seen some of the biggest social networks make their own advances creating engagement. From Facebook’s frictionless experience, to Twitters own timeline changes, this concept of social sharing continues to strengthen by the day.

Personally, I love the M share button as it allows me to share reliable sources of information across several platforms at one time. Although those plaforms are currently limited to Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Google Buzz (I thought Google had dropped Buzz?) and LinkedIn. There is definite room for improvement, but all in all I rate M share tool, M agic!
